A Christmas message to all my dear friends
All over the world, Christmas is celebrated on December 25 to remember the birth of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ was born in a small town (Bethlehem) which is located in today's Israel. About 2000 years ago, God himself took human form, and came to the earth. The Birth of Jesus Christ was predicted by the Prophets The birth of Jesus Christ was not a random event in human history. It was prophesied about 700 years ago by prophet Isaiah. Isaiah 9:6 (Old Testament, Bible): " For unto us a child is born , unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, the mighty God , the everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace ." Prophet Micah prophesied that Christ will born in a town named Bethlehem (in Jerusalem) Micah 5:2 (Old Testament, Bible): "But you, O Bethlehem Ephrathah, who are too little to be among the clans of Judah, from you shall come forth for me one who is to be ruler in Israel,...
